Advertiser confirms it owns or is authorized to use all submitted content, links, trademarks, and images. Payment is charged at checkout. If Publisher cannot fulfill the order, Publisher will provide a replacement date or refund the unfulfilled placement. Performance, opens, clicks, and conversions are not guaranteed.
