Terms of Use

The rules of the road.

Effective date: May 11, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Realty News Now and any services we provide through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Caxton Publications, Inc. (“Caxton,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Realty News Now is open to anyone interested in real estate news, content, and events in the markets we cover. To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • Use the Service in compliance with these Terms.

Some features of the Service — such as certain giveaways, member directories, or industry-specific content — may have additional eligibility requirements that we'll communicate at the point of participation.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for safeguarding access to your email — since magic-link sign-in relies on email access. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account at hello@myrealtyline.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity, your license, or your affiliation with any brokerage or organization.
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service without our written permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other users' experience.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, advertise outside our advertising program, or share account access with others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Our content

All editorial content, photography, design, video, magazine archive material, and other content published by Caxton through the Service is the property of Caxton Publications, Inc. or our content partners. You may view this content for personal, professional use but may not republish, redistribute, or commercialize it without written permission.

6. Your content

If you submit content through the Service — such as event information, press releases, photos, or feedback — you grant Caxton a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service and our publications. You retain ownership of what you submit.

7. Advertising

The Service includes advertising and sponsored content from our advertising partners. Inclusion of an advertiser does not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the products, services, or representations of advertisers — your dealings with them are between you and them.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Information provided in the Service is for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caxton Publications, Inc. and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@myrealtyline.com. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or other legitimate business reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Contact
