Attendees will learn how to avoid common pitfalls and potential violations surrounding listing input. The course will provide practical resources to streamline the data entry process, ensuring a smooth and efficient listing experience. The class includes a hands-on walkthrough of the Matrix Add/Edit module, featuring enhanced AI-powered tools the simplify the listing process: By the end of this class, attendees will be able to enter listing data more quickly and accurately, ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall quality of their MLS listing.

Jack Sellers
Jack serves as an ambassador for the Association and our MLS. Since 2013, Jack has been enthusiastically consulting agents and brokers on how ABoR can best help them reach their goals and succeed in their careers. He’s had the pleasure of watching those whom he’s served grow professionally over the years. Jack holds a C2EX certification and is a REALTORS® Property Resource, TREC, Remine, and Texas REALTORS® certified instructor. He comes from a management background, having studied International Management at Texas A&M and worked at 24 Hour Fitness in Austin and Dallas. One of his favorite jobs was teaching English in Costa Rica for a year and a half. As an Austin native, Jack loves the diversity of the city and exploring its outdoors with his family.
